Terms & Conditions
1. Subject Matter
Faviroute UG (haftungsbeschränkt) provides a web-based Route Planner that allows users to create, edit, save and — depending on the selected scope of services — access travel plans again at a later time.
2. Travel Plans and Token Links
Saved travel plans may be accessible via an individual token link. The token link must be treated as a confidential access credential. Any person who knows the token link can — subject to further technical restrictions — access the relevant travel plan.
The user is responsible for sharing token links only with persons to whom they wish to grant access.
3. Passes / Passcodes
A valid pass / passcode may be required for certain functions, content or saved travel plans. During its term, a pass entitles the user to use the respective described functions in accordance with the booked scope of services.
Passcodes must be treated as confidential. The user is responsible for protecting passcodes from access by unauthorized third parties.
4. Free and Paid Scope of Services
Faviroute may restrict free functions of the Route Planner in terms of time, functionality or technical availability. In particular, travel plans without an active pass may only be stored or accessed again on a limited basis, temporarily, or not permanently.
The functions available free of charge and those requiring a pass are set out in the current service description on the website.
5. Storage and Re-access
Whether and for how long a travel plan can be accessed again depends on the current product scope, the status of the travel plan and, where applicable, an active pass. Faviroute does not guarantee that travel plans not expressly described as permanently stored will remain accessible without time limitation.
The number of routes that can be saved with a pass is limited to a maximum of 10 routes. Saving additional routes requires the purchase of an additional pass.
6. Input of Content
The user is responsible for entering into the Route Planner only such content whose processing is permissible in connection with the use of the service. In particular, the user must not enter any unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
It is recommended not to enter any sensitive personal data, login credentials, credit card details or other particularly confidential information into the Route Planner unless this is strictly necessary for use.
7. Misuse / Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:
- circumvent technical protection measures;
- automatically guess or mass-test tokens or passcodes;
- disrupt the service or use it for abusive access;
- use content or functions in a way that impairs technical operation or the rights of third parties.
Faviroute is entitled, in cases of misuse, to take technical protective measures, block access or deactivate affected content.
8. Changes to Services
Faviroute reserves the right to further develop, technically modify or adapt functions of the Route Planner and the pass system, provided this is reasonable for the user.
9. Liability
Faviroute is liable in accordance with statutory provisions in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, Faviroute is liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations — so-called cardinal obligations — and limited in amount to the damage typically foreseeable under the contract. Liability for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, as well as liability under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
10. Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have agreed during checkout that Faviroute starts providing the digital service immediately, i.e., before the withdrawal period expires, you may be required to pay us a proportionate amount for the service already provided until the time you inform us of your withdrawal.
