Solitaire Desert Farm

Solitaire Mountain Lodge (also known as Solitaire Desert Farm) is a secluded guest farm located 7km from the bustling Solitaire service station, nestled at the base of the rugged Rand Mountains. It offers a quiet alternative to the main road stopover. Accommodation consists of spacious en-suite rooms arranged around a central courtyard and swimming pool, as well as a small, rustic campsite. Guests can explore the private reserve on hiking trails, join a scenic sundowner drive, or visit the nearby Cheetah Sanctuary to learn about conservation efforts. The lodge offers simple, hearty meals and a peaceful atmosphere under the Namib stars.
