Sesriem Camp

Sesriem Camp is the original NWR campsite located just inside the entrance gate to the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Its prime location offers guests the distinct advantage of entering Sossusvlei and Deadvlei one hour before sunrise, capturing the dunes in the best light. The camp features large camelthorn trees that provide shade for the campsites, which are equipped with power points, braai areas, and shared ablution blocks. Facilities include a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, and a small shop for basic supplies. It is the classic base for exploring the Sesriem Canyon and the iconic red dunes.
