Kwessi Dunes

Kwessi Dunes is a luxurious lodge located deep within the vast 200,000-hectare NamibRand Nature Reserve, south of Sossusvlei. It offers 12 air-conditioned chalets with canvas walls and thatched roofs, each featuring a unique "star-gazer" room open to the sky. The lodge is situated in Africa's first International Dark Sky Reserve, making it a prime location for astronomy. Facilities include a swimming pool, spa, and a main area with glass doors overlooking the desert plains. Activities are diverse, including guided quad biking, scenic nature drives, horse riding, and day trips to the iconic Sossusvlei dunes.
