Popa Falls Resort

Popa Falls Resort is a popular NWR destination located on the banks of the Okavango River, acting as the gateway to the north-eastern corner of Namibia. The resort is situated at the Popa Falls rapids (which are more of a series of cascades than a waterfall). Accommodation ranges from river cabins and bush chalets to a shady campsite with shared ablutions. The main area features a restaurant, jetty bar, and a swimming pool. It is an excellent base for exploring the nearby Mahango and Buffalo Game Parks, with guided game drives and boat cruises available.
