Torra Bay
Seasonal NWR campsite (Dec/Jan only) in the Skeleton Coast National Park, famous for its world-class angling.
About
Torra Bay is a basic, seasonal NWR campsite located in the Skeleton Coast National Park, open only during December and January. It is world-renowned as a prime destination for angling. The camp provides only campsites with shared ablution blocks. There is no roofed accommodation, Wi-Fi, or restaurant, though a fuel station and small shop are typically operational. Guests are self-sufficient. As per the NWR site, the main activity is fishing, but the area also offers opportunities for game viewing, especially in the nearby Uniab River delta.
