About
Kazile Island Lodge is a special paradise situated on a private island in the Kwando River, within the Bwabwata National Park. It is one of only two lodges located within the park. The lodge is accessible via a short boat cruise from the mainland (which is accessible by 2WD). Accommodation consists of 13 Meru tents nestled within a Mangosteen forest, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private deck overlooking the river or floodplains. The main area features a bar, dining area, and lounge with Wi-Fi. Activities focus on the unique riverine environment, offering guided boat cruises, game drives, and rare guided bush walks on the island.
