Camelthorn Kalahari Lodge

Camelthorn Kalahari Lodge is a rustic and relaxed lodge situated in a secluded valley between two red dunes within the Intu Afrika Kalahari Private Game Reserve. Accommodation consists of 12 rondavel-style thatched huts, designed with natural materials to blend into the environment. The lodge features a stone swimming pool, a boma for open-air dining, and a restaurant overlooking a waterhole frequented by oryx, zebra, and springbok. A highlight of the stay is the opportunity to join a guided walk with the local San Bushmen to learn about their ancient survival skills and tracking methods. Other activities include 4x4 game drives, quad biking, and scenic sundowners on the dunes.
